Among the many things that made news at this year’s Super Bowl, one highlight that piqued our interest was the reveal of country music legend Dolly Parton’s first-ever fragrance. Named ‘Dolly: Scent From Above’, the perfume made its debut in an advertisement set to the singer’s hit 9 to 5, which was broadcasted at the event. Presented in a lovely pink bottle, it will be officially launched in July. The singer is just one of the latest stars to release her own scent. Ariana Grande and Travis Scott launched new fragrances last year, and there have been other famous names who have forayed into the business of scents in the past decade. Many of these celebrities play important roles in creating products that reflect their style and personality. They participate in the scent-making process, packaging design, and name selection. The result? A fragrance that helps fans feel a little closer to their favourite stars. From Rihanna and David Beckham, many A-listers have tasted success in the business of olfactory products. Read on to find out about the celebrity fragrances that are worth adding to your collection.
